Amanda Dumbleton
After 35 years of playing football and a successful career in sales, I am now embracing a new chapter in life. I’ve always been passionate about meeting people and being part of the community, and that’s something I’m continuing to pursue.
Originally from Hawke's Bay, I spent my twenties in Wellington before returning to the Bay for a while. Eight years ago, I moved back to the Wellington area, and more recently, I’ve settled in the beautiful Petone and absolutely love, that I have shops, restaurants and the beach right in walking distance.
Staying active is important to me, so I’m currently involved in leisure marching, and I’ve always loved exploring creative ventures. I had the pleasure of running my own pre-loved clothing shop in Newtown, which was an amazing way to connect with others and contribute to the community.
I’m always looking for new ways to engage with people and enjoy everything life has to offer—whether that’s through sport, volunteering, or simply getting to know others in my local area.
I’m excited about what the future holds and look forward to meeting more amazing people along the way!
