Annie Liu studied finance and econometrics at Victoria University before graduating in 2005. After starting her own retail business, Annie immediately began investing in property in the Hutt Valley and quickly developed an impressive portfolio which included residential, investment and commercial properties.

Her keen eye for investment opportunities makes her an ideal real estate agent. Annie knows the Hutt Valley property market very well and is looking to offer her expertise and experience to all clients, purchasers and investors.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
