With a background in sales management and extensive experience in customer service, Deneika understands the importance of listening, building trust and making people feel supported throughout what can often be a big and sometimes stressful life decision. She is naturally personable and approachable, with a genuine ability to connect with people and understand what is important to them.

Deneika works alongside Rachael Ayling as part of a close real estate team, working together throughout every campaign to provide clients with two licensed salespeople actively working for them. Deneika plays an important role across buyer follow-up, open homes, appointments, communication, marketing support and the day-to-day details of each campaign, working closely with Rachael to ensure clients are kept informed and nothing is overlooked.

Deneika also brings a strong eye for presentation through her previous experience in visual merchandising. She has a natural understanding of how presentation, layout and styling can influence the way buyers experience a home and enjoys helping clients prepare their property to make the strongest possible first impression.
