Kathryn comes from a background in teaching at a tertiary level and holds a PhD. While you don’t need a PhD to be a real estate salesperson, Kathryn believes the skills she developed during her years of research and lecturing have given her a unique perspective enabling her to guide her clients through the real estate process. Having grown up on a lifestyle property in the Hutt Valley, Kathryn loves the outdoors and believes that Upper Hutt is a fantastic place to live with an amazing community atmosphere and beautiful parks, bush, and scenery. When not working, Kathryn can usually be found pursuing her love of the outdoors on her mountain bike or on foot, or training for ironman triathlon events.
