With a career spanning 38 years and four different chapters at Professionals, Redcoats, her long-standing connection with the business speaks volumes — not just about the company, but about the people within it. Her passion for the team and the culture they’ve built together is deeply felt.
 
What truly drives her is seeing great people thrive in their roles. Madeleine is committed to creating an environment where the team feels supported,  equipped, inspired — and enjoys the journey along the way.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
