Kia Ora, I’m Pedro, a licensed real estate agent based in Lower Hutt. Originally from Spain, I’ve called Wellington home for almost ten years and I’m passionate about helping locals achieve their property goals.
 
Before real estate, I spent eight years in New Zealand’s hospitality industry, building genuine connections and making sure people felt looked after. Prior to that, I worked as a lawyer in Spain specialising in Tax and Corporate Law. This unique mix means I combine a people-first approach with sharp negotiation skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
