Rachael Ayling has been helping people buy and sell property with Professionals since 2012 and is consistently recognised as one of the top-performing agents within Professionals New Zealand.

With extensive experience across residential sales, new builds, subdivisions and investment properties, Rachael offers practical advice based on each client’s situation. She understands that buying or selling a home is not just a property transaction. It can also involve major life changes, important decisions and plenty of moving parts.

Rachael now works alongside Deneika Rofe as a close real estate team. Rachael leads each campaign, including the property strategy, marketing, advice and negotiations, while Deneika works closely alongside her with buyer follow-up, open homes, communication and the day-to-day details. Together, they provide clients with two licensed salespeople actively working for them, while keeping the service personal, organised and consistent.

Rachael is known for doing the work properly, meeting deadlines, presenting information clearly and following up. She remains closely involved from the first meeting through to settlement, making sure her clients always know what is happening and what comes next.

When extra support is needed, Rachael and Deneika can also help clients arrange services for downsizing, estate management, packing, moving and setting up essentials such as power, internet and other household services.
