With this option, there’s no upfront payment. You can cover your marketing costs when your property sells or in six months—whichever comes first—giving you plenty of time to maximise exposure and negotiate the best possible sale price.

What payment options are available?
  • Pay Now: Make an upfront payment securely through our online gateway.

  • Pay Later: A regulated loan that lets you defer marketing costs until your property sells, is withdrawn, or after 180 days, whichever comes first.

Funds are usually available within 24 hours for Pay Later requests and up to 72 hours for upfront payments depending on processing times.

How much does it cost to use List Now?
  • Pay Now: Vendors can pay by bank transfer with no fees or by credit card, which may include merchant fees up to 2.9%.

  • Pay Later: 2.0% interest per month. Current fees and charges are available through the link below.

  • Establishment Fee: $99 for campaigns under $4,000 or $175 for campaigns over $4,000.
How much can I borrow?

List Now can provide funding for marketing campaigns up to $50,000.

What can I use a List Now loan for?

Vendors can use List Now funding for a variety of property marketing and sale-related expenses, including:

  • Advertising and sales campaigns

  • Staging

  • Cleaning and pest control

  • Minor repairs

  • Interior and exterior updates, such as new carpet or wall coverings

  • Landscaping

  • Other costs – contact us if you are unsure

Are there any additional fees besides the set-up fee and interest?

What is the eligibility criteria?

Vendors

  • Vendors must be over the age of 18 years
  • A New Zealand Citizen or Resident residing in New Zealand
  • Vendors must be able to meet List Now’s credit criteria
  • Have sufficient equity in the property to repay in full at settlement
  • Have sufficient income to be able to repay the loan in full if the property does not sell or is withdrawn from market


Property

  • Must be located in New Zealand
  • Must be a residential property/unit/townhouse/apartment (not off the plan, lifestyle, subdivision)
  • Vendors must be listed on the title, where property is part of an estate we will need grant of probate
  • We are unable to assist properties without title or CCC issued, on-sells or Sections
Is there a fee for paying off my List Now loan early?

No, there is no early repayment fee if the loan is repaid within six months.
