In 1987, John purchased the company he was working for, and just two years later, he joined it with Professionals Group New Zealand. This strategic decision opened the door to a wealth of resources and knowledge-sharing with some of the top real estate companies across Australasia—benefitting both his business and his clients.

A firm believer in the power of specialisation, John has led his team with a singular focus on residential real estate. That focus extends to his expertise in development projects, where he has successfully guided numerous clients through the entire process—from early concept and feasibility through to buyer engagement and final sales. This includes working closely with developers through site acquisition, planning, pricing, marketing, staging, and final sales execution. His end-to-end oversight ensures no detail is missed and every opportunity is maximised—making him a trusted partner for complex, high-volume development projects.

Since 1994, we have proudly supported the Child Cancer Foundation, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts. Over the years, we have raised over $5.6 million to help the Foundation continue their amazing work, and we are honoured to be a “Superhero” Partner.

For every house we sell, we donate to the Child Cancer Foundation. Additionally, we actively participate in the Annual Street Appeal, Wig Wednesday, and various other fundraising events throughout the year. We believe that every child deserves a chance to live a healthy and happy life, and we are committed to making a difference.
